The Zermatt Spot is a cozy cabin in Tahoe Donner offering 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a ping pong table. Located on the quiet street of Zermatt, this home has a lot of potential for winter fun.

This Ski Lease Rental includes:

This home includes Membership Passes* for access to the neighborhood Tahoe Donner facilities. In the Summer, guests will enjoy the Trout Creek Rec Center, Northwoods Pool, Tennis Center, 18-hole Golf course, private Beach Club  & Marina on Donner Lake, Equestrian Center, Bikeworks bike rentals and the extensive Tahoe Donner trail system for hiking and biking. There is always something fun to do in Tahoe Donner. In the Winter, there is a family-friendly Downhill Ski area, world-class Cross Country ski area and the Trout Creek Rec Center complete with an outdoor lap pool and hot tubs.

There are many other places to visit within 20 minutes of Tahoe Donner like Lake Tahoe and many local ski areas: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugarbowl, Royal Gorge and Northstar California.  Don’t forget Tahoe Donner is conveniently located near I-80 for easy access to and from Northern California or Northern Nevada.

*Membership Passes are available for leases 9 months or longer. There is an optional Rec Fee associated with these passes.
